Our Story

Grizzly was founded in December 2015 with a vision to build a trusted and people-focused industrial construction company along the Gulf Coast of Texas. After more than 15 years of experience as an owner in the industrial construction sector, Mike Glass made the decision to sell his minority ownership at the company he had worked at in order to establish Grizzly and pursue a greater opportunity for growth in the oil and gas industry.

 

What began as a team of just 8 employees has grown into an organization of more than 300 dedicated professionals. From the very beginning, Grizzly has been committed to making a meaningful impact by conducting business with integrity, operating in good faith, and placing trust in God at the center of its values. We believe the best business decisions are those that put people first — our employees, customers, and communities.

Our goal has always been to create a company where employees are proud of the work they do and proud of the organization they represent. As Grizzly continues to grow and expand, we are especially proud to say that all 8 of our original employees are still part of the company today, alongside many more who have become part of the Grizzly family.
